All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, once the payment has been cleared using your chosen delivery method. After shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package is delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package. A delivery ignored or refused by the receiver is deemed "abandoned" and will be returned to us. Incurred losses are non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We believe in excellent customer service and that no purchase is final until you are completely satisfied. We are so confident that our INMIND products will exceed your expectations that we stand behind our products with a 30-day no-risk money-back guarantee.
Please note that all sale items, gift cards and all custom design items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (except faulty items).
If you would like to return an item purchased online on inmindjewellery.com, please return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date unworn and unused, together with the original packaging. There must be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind.
Upon the receipt of your return, providing the items returned are in a re-sellable condition, we will either exchange the item or issue you with a refund (the funding spent on the returned products in our shop minus shipping fees), as per your request.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items.
To return or exchange an item please follow the below steps:
- Contact us by email support@inmindjewellery.com and provide details:
- Order Number.
- Your request to return or exchange an item. In case of exchange request please note exchange item SKU (which you will find in the product description).
Please note you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other applicable fees during the exchange process.
You can request an exchange only once free of charge. Additional exchanges will be charged a shipping fee + restocking fee of 20 EUR.
- We will provide details about the exchange.
- After we will confirm refund or exchange request, please safely package the item and send to us. Please ensure you include your contact details.

We strongly advise all customers to return any items to us by ‘signed for’ or ‘recorded’ delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not arriving with us. Please inform INMIND support@inmindjewellery.com with the tracking number.
After returned goods are received, we will decide if items are in acceptable condition and then we will refund you within 3 business days. Unfortunately, any item deemed unsuitable for resale due to different packaging, misuse, alterations or damage will not be accepted by INMIND and will be returned to the customer. We will inform you about our decision by email.
INMIND will process any refunds in EURO and will not take any responsibility for the change in the currency rates occurred between the time of purchase and return.
Faulty Product or Incorrect Item
We are happy to exchange or refund faulty products or incorrect items provided that we are formally informed by an e-mail within 14 days of receiving the items.
