Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, we sent e-mail to you with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

You can track the progress of your free delivery order here.

There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correctly entered, and that your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package.

All orders to the EU with free delivery take up to 10 business days to arrive (excluding weekends and national holidays).

Free delivery orders to USA, Europe Non-EU and Rest of the world take up 2-4 weeks.

If the status of package “The item delivered to recipient” but you never received item - please get in contact with our customer service by emailing support@inmindjewellery.com and we'll be happy to help you resolve this.

Returns

Once we have received your shipment, we’ll be in touch with you within 1-2 business days with information on your return.

We’re sorry, but all SALE and custom design items are Final Sale and can’t be returned or exchanged (except faulty items).

If you received your product less than 30 days ago, you can return it free of charge.

Exchanges

Every country’s custom and tax rules are different, and INMIND is in no way responsible for any taxes or customs that might be added to your order.

If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgotten Password" button on the log in screen within 'My Account', and you will receive an e-mail re-setting your password to a new one. Please note that once you have done this, we would advise you to log in and change this to a new password which will be more memorable to you. If you are having problems logging on then please contact us by e-mail support@inmindjewellery.com.

Other

All our jewellery will come beautifully packaged in a luxury INMIND box and a card with a description. You can specify gift recipients name or specific text in order comments, and we include it on the card with description.

Please get in contact with us by emailing support@inmindjewellery.com about any inquiry of custom sizes. We don’t stock any products, every piece of our jewellery is made to order to fit your body perfectly. We'll be happy to make jewellery item to fit you.

If the product you ordered doesn’t fit properly, you’re able to exchange it within 30 days of receiving it.
